Laura Brown was a pleasure to work with during my relocation from Columbus, Ohio to be closer to my family. Within a span of 72 hours, my Columbus home went into contract, and we found and went into contract for my new home in Kettering. It was a whirlwind!!! Laura was calm and made it all easy by being available, consistently following up on my requests and concerns, and working late on a Sunday night to ensure my offer was submitted as quickly as possible. As a result, I had a very soft landing with a seamless closing, and took possession with enough lead time to get my new home move-in ready before I had to vacate the sold property. Jodi Rosko is the best! When we were searching for "just the right house" a couple of years ago, she found many places for us to tour. She was diligent in trying to find what we were looking for, and she never complained about taking us to see "just a couple of more houses." We finally decided to move out of state to find what we needed and we listed our house with Jodi. She was very helpful in advising us as to what we might want to do to make the house more presentable, such as painting the entire house inside. We took her advice and the house looked so much more updated with just a fresh coat of paint. We sold the house in about 5 weeks and have been so thankful we chose Jodi Rosko to do that for us. Since we were out of town for most of the time our home was on the market, Jodi checked things for us, called repairmen to fix a few things, and took care of preparing everything for the final closing. We definitely would recommend her, whether you are searching for a home or selling a home!

Excellent experience with Jodi and Mark Rosko of the Rosko Group! Would highly recommend both. Mark mostly helped us with the purchase of our new house and Jodi generally handled the sale of our old house. They were each involved in both parts though. So essentially, we had two experienced agents working for us rather than just one. On the buying side, we had a general idea of what we wanted in our new house and Mark worked with us patiently until we found the perfect house for us. He also let us know of other homes he thought we might be interested in before they hit the market. On the selling side, Jodi did an excellent job marketing the house and personally called agents that she knew had clients that may be interested. She offered to conduct an open house for us but that wasn’t even necessary because the house sold very quickly. Jodi and Mark were always pleasant, professional, and promptly responded to every phone call, text, and email. Both were very familiar with the Springboro market and could pinpoint pretty accurately what any house listed would sell for. We followed their recommendations and it paid off for us. Their staff was friendly and helpful too! We love our new house and intend to stay. But if we had to move, we would definitely use Jodi and Mark again.
